FIXED: LDS Tools iPhone / iPad app has no data!

If your LDS Tools iPhone or iPad app does not show any data even after logging in, the solution is pretty simple but you will need a computer and your device handy to fix it.

Problem:

  • You can log in to the app and sync your data (you can watch the download progress)
  • After syncing, no data is present in the app

Solution:

  1. Delete the LDS Tools app from your iPhone or iPad
  2. Open iTunes on your computer and navigate to “Apps”
  3. Locate the LDS Tools app, click on it, then hit “delete” on the keyboard
  4. When prompted select “Move to Trash”
  5. Select “App Store” and your appropriate device in the top menu
  6. Search for “lds tools” in the search box at the top-right corner of the window
  7. Click the “Download” button
  8. Click the “Library” tab at the top
  9. Plug in your iPhone or iPad if it isn’t already visible in the left pane
  10. Drag the LDS Tools app to your device
  11. Open the app on your device and log in again
