\"\"I bought a pair of Gunnar Emissary glasses off of Amazon for $65.\u00a0 I work on the computer all day long and often suffered from eyestrain.\u00a0 I’ve tried multiple lighting setups from the office environment with florescents to working at home with natural light from the windows.\u00a0 Natural light coming in from the side was by far the best option but it didn’t completely eliminate eye strain for me.\u00a0 I have a timer on my computer to help me remember to rest my eyes.\u00a0 Even when I was consistent I would still end the day with some eye strain.<\/p>\n

The glasses came in the mail and I tried them on.\u00a0 Not the best looking design but they are ok for work.\u00a0 My wife tried them on and said, “Wow!\u00a0 My headache immediately left!”\u00a0 I didn’t know if I really believed that so I worked my first day with them.\u00a0 I thought to myself, “My eyes feel good.\u00a0 I wonder if I’m just talking myself into liking them since I’ve already spent the money?”\u00a0 After using them for about a week, I’m totally sold.\u00a0 My eyes feel so much better at the end of each day.<\/p>\n

I think these were just what I needed.\u00a0 Eyestrain can be caused by a number of factors so they may not be the best solution for everyone but they certainly have worked well for me. While they did not help to address dryness at all my eyes still feel quite a bit better at the end of the work day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
